Changes to the Bank’s Tariffs for Service of Current Accounts Using Payment Cards of Individuals

As from January 1, 2026, the updated tariffs for service of current accounts using payment cards of individual clients come into force.

Key changes:

  1. The bank starts issuing payment cards of National Payment System “PROSTIR for transactions within the territory of Ukraine.
  2. PROSTIR cards are available for issuance under the “Card for Payments” tariff within the “Starter” tariff plan in Ukrainian hryvnia. More information about PROSTIR cards is available at the link.

If a client disagrees with changes to the bank’s service conditions and tariffs, the client has the right, before the date such changes enter into force, to apply to the bank for termination of the relevant agreement without any fee for such termination, provided that all outstanding indebtedness to the bank has been fully repaid, including any indebtedness incurred within 30 days from the date of return of payment cards issued to the client or other payment card holders. Changes to the tariffs shall be deemed accepted by the client if, before the date on which they are to be applied, the client does not notify the bank of termination of the agreement.
