Changes to the Bank's Acquiring Service Tariffs from 1 April

Starting from 1 April 2025, Pivdenny Bank will implement updated tariffs for merchant and internet acquiring services for legal entities, sole proprietors, and individuals engaged in independent professional activities:

• Amendments have been made to the tariff section "Percentage Fee under Contract for Using Payment Cards (Visa Inc., Mastercard Worldwide, PROSTIR*) specifically clarifying that "The retained commission fee is non-refundable in case the merchant processes a refund to the EPS cardholder upon return of goods/works/services."
• The penalty amount for loss/destruction/damage of equipment provided by the bank has been revised.
• The cost of repair/replacement/loss of components has been added.
