Changes in services for individual customers

Despite the critical escalation of events in Ukraine Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank continues to fulfill its obligations under existing agreements including interest accrual under concluded agreements, which will be credited and paid immediately after the end of the current circumstances.

Considering the circumstances,

• extension of terms of deposits for individuals that were issued with auto-renewal is terminated beginning with 04.03.2022;
• registration of deposits for individuals using the Profitable, Premium, and Mobile deposit models is temporarily terminated beginning with 04.03.2022;
• interest accrual stops beginning with 01.04.2022:

- on the current account balance using payment card (including Saving account);

- under current bank deposit agreements for individuals Mobile Deposit (regardless of the amount and currency).

Please be reminded: Pivdenny Bank has already introduced payment holidays for all its customers:

• from March 1 to May 31, 2022 – for individuals;
• from March 1 to March 30, 2022 – for legal entities.

Under the conditions of martial law imposed in the country Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank takes all necessary measures to save our customers' funds, make the necessary payments on time and maintain the banking system in general.
