Partial compensation of the cost of agricultural machinery

Beneficiaries: 

• agricultural producers (legal entities or sole proprietors) primarily engaged in the agricultural product supply (according to the definition provided in Cl. 2.15 of the Law of Ukraine No. 1877-IV “On State Support of the Agricultural Industry of Ukraine” dated 24.06.2004) produced by them using their own or leased fixed assets, provided that the share of the cost of such agricultural products is a least 75% of the total value of goods produced;
• length of business operation: 12 months;
• businesses not in bankruptcy proceedings or in the process of liquidation;
• debt-free businesses without tax arrears;
• businesses not included in the Sanctions List.

How to apply for compensation:

1. Choose a supplier out of a list posted on the official website of the Ministry of Economy.
2. Buy agricultural machinery from a domestic manufacturer.
3. File an application form and proof of payment for the machinery to a bank.
4. Wait for the compensation to be transferred to your bank account.

Application forms and proof of payment for the machinery for receipt of a partial compensation of the cost of the agricultural machinery and equipment purchased:

• prior to 1^st day of December of the current budget period – to be submitted by the 5^th day of December of the current year;
• after 1^st day of December of the current budget period – to be submitted by the 1^st day of April of the following budget period.

Current limits

During the budget period, one agricultural producer may claim government support in the amount not exceeding 10 thousand minimum wages as of 01.01.2024 (7100 UAH).
