Encourage the seamen you know to request a sailor’s card from Pivdenny bank and receive UAH 200 on your mobile phone account.

Two steps to obtain your reward:

An active client in the Sailor sector should fill in the form provided below by entering his/her data and the potential client’s data.

The potential client should apply for a sailor’s card at the bank. After the card is issued to the potential client indicated in the form, the existing client will receive UAH 200 on their mobile phone account.
The name and telephone number specified by the potential client during the card application process must comply with the data given in the form on this page.
How and when will the reward be received?

Top-ups will be carried out on mobile phone accounts by 10 June 2021.
