Safe use of MyBank

  1. To access the Pivdenny MyBank web version, you must use a personal computer (hereinafter PC) or another device (mobile device) that provides access to the Internet and on which is installed:
    • an operating system (for example, Microsoft Windows, iOS, Android) with the latest updates;
    • the latest available version of the web browser (for example, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari);
    • licensed antivirus software (for example, ESET NOD32, Avast Antivirus, Dr. Web, etc.) with the latest virus signature database updates;

    To access a mobile application from a mobile device, make sure that the software is installed exclusively from the official application store (Google Play, AppStore).

  2. We recommend that you regularly (at least once a week) perform a full scan of your personal computer (other device) to detect viruses and malware.
  3. We do not recommend installing software and applications from untrusted sources (public software libraries, email programs, etc.) on a personal computer or mobile device.
