Scheduled technical work at the Customer Support Center

Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank will perform scheduled technical work at the Customer Support Center from 14 May to 16 May 2022.

Technical work will be done:

  • from 1:00 am to 3:00 am on 14 May;
  • from 2:00 am to 4:00 am on 15 May;
  • from 2:00 am to 4:00 am on 16 May.

Phone and chat with the Customer Support Center will be unavailable in this period.

To consult the specialists of the Customer Support Center, we recommend sending a message in the Pivdenny MyBank remote service system.

After the completion of the technical work, the Customer Support Center will be available by calling 0 800 30 70 30 (free calls in Ukraine) and +380 482 307030 (for calls from abroad) or in the chatbot @pivdennybank_bot in Telegram/Viber.
