Scheduled technical work on 15 May
On 15 May 2022, the specialists of Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank will carry out scheduled technical work in the bank’s systems, which will affect the processing of transactions in Pivdenny MyBank online banking.
Technical work will be done from 5:00 am to 9:00 am on 15 May.
Transactions in the remote channel will be available but the bank will process them only after the completion of scheduled technical work:
- deposit transactions;
- foreign exchange transactions;
- payments within and outside the bank;
- processing of requests sent via private messages in Pivdenny MyBank.
The bank’s execution of transactions in Pivdenny MyBank is confirmed by the status of the relevant documents.
Please note that technical work will not affect the payment for services or card-to-card money transfers in the section “Payment of bills” of Pivdenny MyBank online banking.
