Scheduled technical work

On 23 January 2022, 2:00 am to 3:30 am, the professionals of Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank will carry out scheduled technical work in the bank’s systems, which affect the sending of electronic messages (SMS/Viber).

Therefore, during these hours, the bank will not:

• provide information in the form of SMS/Viber messages via the Mobi-Card service;
• send a 3D Secure password required for a payment transaction (transfer of funds on the bank’s website/online stores/trade services and in Pivdenny MyBank online banking);
• send a message with the code of signing/confirming the transaction in the Pivdenny MyBank online banking.

Please note that the validity of the 3D Secure password and the codes of transaction signing/confirmation in the Pivdenny MyBank online banking does not exceed 5 minutes, and they should be re-requested after the end of the scheduled technical work to complete the transaction.
