For the second year in a row, Pivdenny Bank was included in the ranking of the top 50 employers in Ukraine by Forbes. The list of the top 50 employers in the country includes 11 banks, among which Pivdenny took an honourable fourth place, improving its previous rating by two positions.

The rating took into account employee satisfaction with the work in the company, salary level, working conditions and the possibility of employee development in the company, employee benefits and employer care for employees, information openness of the company and a sense of security among employees. Compared to the previous year, the list was updated by 24% and only 38 employers in the 2021 ranking remained in the top 50. Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank entered the overall rating, taking 37th place.

“It is honour, pleasure and responsibility at the same time to be among the top 50 employers in Ukraine. The set of basic working conditions in all organizations operating in highly competitive markets is almost the same. Therefore, employee experience has a key impact on employee loyalty. It is an experience that takes into account the relationship with the supervisor, interaction with colleagues, the culture of feedback in the company and how all these factors motivate to work in the organization, contribute to its success and, ultimately, become brand ambassadors. Of course, we still have something to work on and something to improve, but with the help of our team we plan to continue to improve our position in the ranking of the best,” said Alla Vanetsiants, Chairperson of the Board of Pivdenny Bank.
