Inactive Visa cards that have expired before 1 November will be cancelled

On 26 December 2022, Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank will cancel Visa cards that expired before 1 November 2022 and for which there were no active transactions from 1 August to 22 December 2022.

Clients who wish to continue using the bank card must reissue and activate the card by 26 December 2022. This service is available in the web version of Pivdenny MyBank online banking and also by contacting a bank branch or Customer Support Center.

Clients who cannot get a reissued card at a bank branch are recommended to activate it remotely through the Customer Support Center and install Pivdenny Online mobile application, which has the feature of viewing a full card number, its expiration date, CVV (CVV2/CVC2) code and add the card to Apple Pay/Google Pay for cashless payment.

Clients using tokenized cards in their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet are offered until 26 December 2022 to install Pivdenny Online mobile application, which has the feature of card activation if it is picked up at the branch.

We remind you that in order to register in the Pivdenny Online mobile application, you need to have an active card and a mobile phone number registered with the bank.
