Cancellation of expired payment cards to start on 1 October
Starting from 1 October 2025, Pivdenny Joint Stock Bank will begin cancelling payment cards that have expired.
Clients who wish to continue using their card must reissue and activate it during September 2025. This can be done in the Pivdenny Online mobile app (virtual card only), the Pivdenny MyBank web version of internet banking, as well as at a bank branch or via the Customer Support Centre.
Clients who have issued a physical card and are temporarily unable to collect the reissued card at a branch are advised to activate it remotely through the Customer Support Centre and install the Pivdenny Online mobile app, where you can view the full card number, its expiry date, CVV code (CVV2/CVC2), and add the card to Apple Pay/Google Pay for cashless payments.
