Pivdennyi Bank updates the Agreement on Comprehensive Banking Service to Individual Customers

Pivdennyi Joint-Stock Bank has approved a revised version of the Agreement on Comprehensive Banking Service to Individual Customers. The revised version takes effect on 30 March 2022.

Key changes:

• clarified definition of the “Customer Support Center” and “chat/chatbot” terms;
• supplemented information concerning customer inquiries and responses to them;
• supplemented information concerning management of the customer’s accounts by an authorized representative;
• the “Savings Account” service is available for use until 28.04.2022 inclusively. Effective 29.04.2022, this service will be discontinued;
• discontinued support of Mi Pay application.
