Despite the external threat and the ongoing armed conflict, the instances of fraud in Ukraine have been recently on the rise again.

Important!
Our bank has the entire information necessary to service your card; only fraudsters will ask for your confidential information. Therefore, under no circumstances should you divulge the following information concerning your bankcards and accounts:
- card expiration date;
- three-digit card security code (CVV2/CVC2) on the back of your card;
- the card’s PIN;
- passwords you receive in SMS messages;
- your password to MyBank online banking system;
- your personal identification data: passport series and number, “secret word”, your last card transactions.
If your card’s identification data became known to unauthorized persons, IMMEDIATELY call Pivdennyi Bank’s Customer Support Center at 0 800 30 70 30 to block the card.
