Academic Hub Pivdenny – finalist in the “Resilience and Charity” category of the HR PRO Awards

The educational project of Pivdenny Bank, Academic Hub, became one of the finalists in the “Resilience and Charity” category of the national annual HR PRO Awards 2025.

This nomination considered socially oriented support programmes, including charitable initiatives in education and science.

‍The Academic Hub project aligns with the Bank’s strategic goal – to be not only a financial institution but also an active contributor to the development of the communities in which we operate. Supporting education, sharing expertise, and fostering youth development are part of the Bank’s responsibility to society, which simultaneously creates long-term benefits for business.

Involving the Bank’s employees in teaching, preparing materials, and interacting with students enhances their motivation and builds an internal sense of purpose.

Academic Hub Pivdenny also serves as a channel for engaging with potential young specialists. We can see how students unlock their potential during the course, and we already have positive experience of involving them in internships and employment.
