Pivdenny Bank became a partner of the second charity INDEPENDENCE HALF-MARATHON by Seaside Runners

Pivdenny Bank partnered with the special distances “Veterans’ Path” and “Wheelchair Race” at the second charity INDEPENDENCE HALF-MARATHON by Seaside Runners.

This year, more than 750 participants from different cities of Ukraine and abroad took to the starting line. 

Among them were around 50 veterans and defenders, whose participation once again demonstrated that sport is open to everyone, regardless of circumstances. Their presence became a vivid symbol of resilience and strength of spirit. 

Supporting the veterans’ community is of particular importance to us, as sport is not only about physical activity but also about psychological rehabilitation, social integration, and the path to a new, active life after military service.

Representatives of the veterans’ community were awarded multi-brand Bodocard certificates from Pivdenny Bank.

The aim of the race was not only to promote sport but also to raise funds for the prosthetics of the first patients of the Odesa Superhumans Center, which will open later this year.
