Alla Vanetsiants presented the winner of the Breakthrough of the Year category in the Forbes Employer of the Year ranking

Alla Vanetsiants, Chairwoman of the Board of Pivdenny Bank, joined the Forbes Ukraine Employer 2026 award ceremony, where she presented the winner in the Breakthrough of the Year category. The company recognized for this achievement was Fractal, an IT ecosystem dedicated to client business growth and talent development.

While announcing the winner, Alla Vanetsiants highlighted the company’s growth dynamics, as it climbed 19 positions in the ranking, and emphasized the complexity of such transformations:

“Last year, our bank also leaped 19 positions. Therefore, from my own experience, I know how hard these breakthroughs are to achieve. Without systemic, high-quality changes at all stages of the employee lifecycle, as well as significant investments and management resources, this would have been impossible.”

She specifically emphasized that in the fifth year of the full-scale war, a company’s ability to invest in people takes on special significance.

“It is extremely pleasing to note that our nominee is a Ukrainian company from Odesa, one that I know well. It has always demonstrated high standards in organizing the work environment, colleague interaction, and personnel development. I am certain that we definitely have much to learn from them,” the Chairwoman of the Board of Pivdenny Bank added.
