Pivdenny Bank joined the NBU’s Consumer Rights Awareness Campaign

Pivdenny Joint-Stock Bank became an information partner of the Consumer Rights Awareness campaign conducted by the National Bank of Ukraine in partnership with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada.

The purpose of the all-Ukrainian Consumer Rights Awareness campaign is to raise public awareness of consumer rights and responsibilities when using financial services.

Pivdenny Bank supported the campaign in order to improve knowledge and skills in the field of financial products and services among its customers and to attract more citizens to actively use the services provided by the bank.

As part of the awareness campaign, the National Bank together with partners will tell Ukrainians about the rights they have as consumers of financial services and where to go if they are violated.
