Effective June 1, 2026, Pivdenny Bank, following NBU recommendations, will begin canceling corporate cards for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs that are nearing their expiration dates. To ensure your business operations remain active and you maintain 24/7 access to your funds, we recommend reissuing your corporate cards in advance.

What should a client — a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur — do?

Throughout April and May 2026, contact the bank to initiate the reissuance procedure for any expired card (or a card expiring in April or May) and receive a new corporate card.

How to reissue a corporate card?

1. In person: visit your servicing branch or call your manager to schedule a date and time for signing the reissuance application.
2. If you do not have your manager’s contact details, please contact our Customer Support Center at: 0 800 30 70 30 (toll-free within Ukraine) or +380 482 30 70 30 for international calls (charged according to your operator’s tariffs).
