‘Pivdenny’ Bank announces a tender for the selection of an audit firm to provide mandatory audit of financial statements

‘Pivdenny’ Bank invites audit firms to participate in a tender for the selection of audit firms that may be appointed by the Bank to provide mandatory audit services for financial statements.

We invite audit firms to participate in the competitive selection process, which:

• comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities’ and the Law of Ukraine ‘On Joint Stock Companies’,
• are registered in the Register, including information on which is included in a separate section of the Register, namely the Register of Audit Entities entitled to conduct mandatory audits of financial statements of companies of public interest,
• whose remuneration for the previous annual reporting period from each of the public interest entities that received mandatory audit services during that period did not exceed 15 per cent of the total amount of income from the provision of audit services,
• - and which have no restrictions related to the duration of the Bank's services.

The purpose of the tender is to select an audit entity to provide the following services:

• audit and provide an opinion on the Bank's annual financial statements for 2024, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, the requirements of applicable laws and regulations of the NBU and the NSSMC;
• audit of the Banking Group's annual special purpose financial statements for 2024 prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Management of Banking Group Activities, approved by Resolution of the Management Board of the National Bank of Ukraine
  254 dated 20 June 2012, as amended.

The financial statements and other public information of PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY JOINT STOCK ‘PIVDENNY’ BANK are available on the Bank's official website https://bank.com.ua. Additional information about the Bank's activities may be provided upon request of the tenderer.

Deadline for submission of the tender proposal: 20 August 2024.

Bids received by the Bank after the deadline for submission shall not be considered. The tenderer has the right to amend or withdraw its tender proposal before the deadline for its submission.

The winner of the Tender shall be informed after the results of the Tender are approved by the Bank's Supervisory Board.

All participants will be notified of the results of the Tender by e-mail.
