Information about the bank’s work schedule during the New Year holidays

Dear customers, please take note of the information about the bank’s work schedule during the New Year holidays:

29 December 2023:

The bank works on a regular basis.

Crediting social and pension funds, crediting payments within the framework of salary card projects are carried out until 9:00 p.m.

30 December 2023:

Day off

• Payment and information notices from and to the State Treasury Services of Ukraine are not accepted through EPS, as for the rest - EPS works on a regular basis in accordance with the work regulations approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 170 dated 20 December 2023.
• Crediting compensation for trade and Internet acquiring is carried out for 29 December 2023.
• Crediting payments within the framework of salary card projects is carried out until 6:00 p.m. in case of payment of taxes and fees.

31 December 2023:

Day off

• Payment and information notices from and to the State Treasury Services of Ukraine are not accepted through EPS, as for the rest - EPS works on a regular basis in accordance with the work regulations approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 170 dated 20 December 2023.
• Crediting compensation for trade and Internet acquiring is carried out for 30 December 2023.

1 January 2024

Only duty customer service branches work.
