Information on how to fill in the "Purpose of payment" details from 1 December 2023

We would like to inform you that in accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 148 dated 22 March 2023, payment instructions to accounts opened with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine (MFO 899998), starting from 01.12.2023, will be processed by the bank in accordance with the mandatory requirements for filling in the purpose of payment:

In case of non-compliance of the payment purpose with the requirements of the said Order, namely the absence of the payment type code¹ or budget classification code², the payment instruction to the details of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine will be rejected by the bank.

² - the list of budget classification codes is specified in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 106 dated 16.02.2011 "Some issues of accounting for taxes, fees, payments and other budget revenues"
