"Pivdenny" Bank to change tariffs for individuals on 1 January

Changes in tariffs for individual clients will come into effect at "Pivdenny" Bank from 1 January 2024.

Changes to current account service fees:

• opening of new accounts in the following currencies under the "For payments" tariff plan is resumed:
  British pound sterling, Swiss franc, Polish zloty;
• under the "For Payments" and "For Investments" tariff plans, the account opening fee will be UAH 200.

Changes to the tariffs for individual bank safes rental services:

• the tariffs for renting individual bank safes in Dnipro city No. 03-02, Lviv No. 13-07 branches, regional branches in Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Uzhhorod will be changed;
• the tariff for renting a category 1 individual bank safe in Izmail branch No. 15-40, regional branches in Vinnytsia, Lutsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kropyvnytskyi, Poltava, Kherson, Cherkasy, Chernihiv will be changed;
• the tariff "Deposit for a key to an individual bank safe" will be changed. The cost will be UAH 1500;
• a new tariff will be introduced – "Emergency opening of an individual bank safe in case of loss of two keys to the safe by the client". The cost of the service will be 2500 UAH.

Changes in tariffs for servicing individuals under the comprehensive banking service agreement (CBSA):

• the fees for issuing bank certificates on the availability and status of accounts, certificates of accrued interest and amounts of withheld and transferred taxes and fees on accounts, certificates of cash withdrawals from accounts, certificates of official exchange rates of hryvnia to foreign currencies, certificates in the client's form will be changed;
• a new certificate of turnover as of the date or period of the account will be entered;
• it will be possible to issue a certificate via remote channels signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS);
• the tariffs for issuing a bank power of attorney for account management, issuing a bank power of attorney for a savings (deposit) account, issuing a testamentary disposition of an account, and filling out an application at a bank branch will be changed or acceptance of an application via the "Pivdenny MyBank" remote service system and/or the Customer Support Centre for cancellation of a bank power of attorney/testamentary disposition;
• the tariffs for servicing an inactive account will be changed.

Changes in tariffs for services provided to individuals outside the CBSA:

• tariffs for providing information on official exchange rates of hryvnia to foreign currencies will be changed;
• tariffs for transfers in national currency without opening a current account will be changed;
• combined into single tariffs for the city of Odesa with tariffs for other regions;
• the tariffs for re-sending a payment from 2902 to the updated details at the request of the client will be changed.

Changes in tariffs for making payments in the "Platon" self-service terminal:

• tariffs for utility and other payments will be changed;
• tariffs for making other payments to accounts of clients of other banks will be changed.

Changes in tariffs for accepting payments from individuals at the bank's cash desk:

• tariffs for utility and other payments will be changed.
