Client code word can be changed in MyBank

From now on, it is possible to set or change a client code word using MyBank Internet Banking.

To set or change a code word, create an application in the MyBank system, select “Set a code word” and indicate the address of residence and the code word.

Applications will be processed within two business days, excluding the day the application is submitted.

Application processing will be confirmed by an SMS from the Bank.
