What new remote banking services are available to clients during the quarantine?
Want to extend the Safe Deposit Box Lease Agreement? Want to prolong a bank account mandate?
Now you can do this remotely:
- via MyBank Internet banking;
- via a chat bot in Viber, Telegram, Messenger Facebook;
- on the Bank's website.
To apply for the extension of a lease agreement (including an expired agreement) via MyBank or a chat bot, please provide the number and date of the lease agreement, the term of the lease agreement extension and your account number (in UAH) for writing off cash for an extension.
Please note: the account must have sufficient funds for the extension of an agreement.
To prolong a bank mandate for your current account or current account using a payment card via MyBank or a chat bot, you must specify: your full name; an identification code; the series, number, authority and issue date of your passport; an account number and currency; the full name of the proxy; the series, number, authority and issue date of the proxy's passport and a telephone number.
The bank mandate can be extended up to 30/06/2020.
In order to extend a Safe Deposit Box Lease Agreement or bank mandate via MyBank, you must create an application in the main menu and select a product/service or send a message from your account.
The application is processed within two business days, excluding the day the application is submitted.
If the client does not contact the bank during the quarantine, the agreement will be considered overdue.
