Mastercard World Elite: new terms of access to Mastercard premium services

From 01 September 2026, the rules for free access to premium services subject to trade turnover verification are changing.
The minimum monthly card purchase amount is 20,000 UAH, up from 10,000 UAH.
How will it work?
- New requirement: card purchases totalling at least 20,000 UAH over the last 30+7 days before using the service (transactions from the last 7 days are not taken into account).
- Transition period: from 01 September to 07 October 2026, you will use your card and accumulate turnover according to the new rules.
- Start of checks: the first automatic check of the 20,000 UAH limit will take place on 08 October 2026.
For new cards, a welcome period continues to apply for the first 37 days from the moment of activation – services are available without spending verification.
