Reminder regarding the cancellation of expired payment cards

Pivdenny Bank reminds its individual clients about the cancellation of payment cards with an expired validity period.

You can check the expiration date and status of payment cards in the Pivdenny Online mobile application, the Pivdenny MyBank web-banking version, or by visiting a bank branch or contacting the Customer Support Center.

Clients who wish to continue using their card need to reissue and activate it. This can be done via the  Pivdenny Online mobile application (virtual card only), the Pivdenny MyBank web-banking version, as well as by visiting a bank branch or the Customer Support Center.

When applying for a card, you have the option to receive it via Nova Poshta delivery throughout Ukraine (for more details, see the link).

For clients who have ordered a physical card but are temporarily unable to collect it at a bank branch or via Nova Poshta delivery, we recommend activating it remotely through the Customer Support Center and install  the Pivdenny Online mobile application, which, in particular, allows viewing the full card number, expiration date, CVV (CVV2/CVC2) code, adding the card to Apple Pay/Google Pay for cashless payment.
