New terms of access to Visa premium services
From 01 October 2026, new rules for free access to premium services subject to trade turnover verification will come into effect.
The minimum card purchase amount shall be:
- 20,000 UAH for Visa Signature cards
- 10,000 UAH for Visa Platinum cards
How will it work?
It is necessary to make purchases for the corresponding amount within 30+5 calendar days before using the service (the last 5 days are not taken into account).
The changes apply to services such as Dragon Pass, FastTrack, Sweet TV, Telemedicine, Lounge UZ, etc.
Additionally, from 1 October 2026, the Visa Concierge service will be added to the list of services subject to trade turnover requirements.
Transition period: from 1 September to 1 October 2026, you will use your card and accumulate turnover according to the new rules.
For new cards, a welcome period continues to apply for the first 30 days from the moment of issuance – services are available without expenditure verification.
