Mastercard Service Restrictions

Dear Clients!
Please be informed that some Mastercard services will be restricted due to the introduction of quarantine in Ukraine:
- MasterCard Concierge service and call centre.Due to restrictions on the number of visitors that may be present in an office at one time, client requests will be processed more slowly.
- Connection of clients to Conciergeservice will be accomplished by sending an SMS without a welcome call.
- Mastercard Rewards Programme.Due to interruptions in the supply of goods, gift orders will be suspended from 19 March. Electronic certificates may be ordered as usual.
- Airport services.In places where air travel is not restricted, clients may take advantage of all services.
