Pivdenny Bank Wins Two HR-Brand Awards

Pivdenny Bank won awards in two categories of the HR-Brand Ukraine Award – “Human to Human Strategy” and “Best Leadership Development Program”.

In the “Human to Human Strategy” category, the project “Every Day Matters: Employee Experience Strategy in Every Interaction” was recognized. This project highlights the importance of personalized approach. At Pivdenny Bank, it is believed that a service-oriented mindset starts within the team. When employees feel care and support, they are able to pass this experience on to clients.

In the “Best Leadership Development Program” category, the Effective Leader program receive the award. Its goal is to build a strong management team capable of acting in conditions of uncertainty, thinking strategically, supporting change, and transforming the organization.
