From November 1, the tariffs for payment cards of individual customers will change

From November 1, 2021 in the Joint-Stock Bank "Southern" updated tariffs for servicing current accounts with the use of payment cards for customers - individuals.

The main changes in tariffs, effective from November 1, 2021:

1. From November 1 to December 31, 2021 will not be charged for the issuance, renewal, reissuance of payment cards class Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World Elite.
2. Issuance of a flash card to the account for the account holder or additional payment card holder (not registered) is charged similarly to the registration of the main PC. The binding of the blitz card is available at any time (for registration, renewal, reissuance), if the customer can not wait for the name card to the tariff plans "Basic", "Start".
3. A fee of UAH 2 has been introduced for each request for information on the balance of the account via a call in the voice menu (IVR) to the Customer Support Center.
4. The terms of the Visa payment system regarding additional verification of transaction activity for Visa Platinum and Visa Signature cards have been changed. To be able to use advanced services, you need to have an active card and during the month, for the last 30 + 5 days, pay with Visa Platinum cards in the amount of UAH 5,000, Visa Signature - in the amount of UAH 10,000.
5. The conditions of the Mastercard payment system regarding additional verification of transaction activity for Mastercard Platinum and Mastercard World Elite cards have been changed. To be able to use advanced services, you must make payments for a total of at least UAH 6,000, and from December 1, 2021 - at least UAH 10,000 for the last 30 + 5 days.
