Changes to bank tariffs for individual client services

Starting April 6, 2026, Pivdenny Bank will introduce updated tariffs for individual client services.

The changes apply to the fee for fund transfers from a client’s card/account to an account in another Ukrainian bank, which will be set at 0.25% of the amount (minimum UAH 5, maximum UAH 500) for transactions made via the Pivdenny Online mobile app and the Open Banking service.

In case of disagreement with changes to the terms of service and tariffs of the bank, a client has the right, before the date of entry into force of such changes, to contact the bank to terminate the relevant application-agreement without any fee for such termination, having previously repaid all debts incurred to the bank, including debts incurred within 30 days from the moment of return of the PC issued to a client or other PC holders.
