Change in bank tariffs from April 1

Effective April 1, 2026, Pivdenny Bank is introducing updated tariffs for individual clients serviced under the Agreement on Comprehensive Banking Services (ACBS).

A new clause has been added to the tariffs, stipulating that cash transfers to accounts of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, and their respective units and divisions for the purpose of charitable assistance for the logistical and medical support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are free of charge.

In the event of disagreement with the changes to the terms of service and bank tariffs, a client has the right to contact the bank to terminate the respective application-agreement before the effective date of such changes, without any termination fee, provided that all outstanding debt to the bank has been settled in full.
