Features of the PROSTIR card
- Payments available exclusively on the territory of Ukraine:
- payments in the retail network and the Internet (merchants registered in the territory of Ukraine);
- cash withdrawals at ATMs, branches and through terminals at store checkout lanes;
- card-to-card transfers, including other payment cards of Ukrainian banks, etc.

The Client has the right to refuse the Application-Agreement for the provision of services (if provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine) and to terminate this Agreement early and close accounts on the basis of a written application (except for cases when early closure of accounts/refusal/termination of the agreement is prohibited by the current legislation), provided that there is no debt to the Bank, valid Application-Agreements/Agreements and the return of all payment cards, including those issued to the Client’s authorized persons, at the Bank’s request. This Agreement is considered terminated on the day of closing all accounts and full fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement.
Possible consequences for the client when using payment cards
When registering and servicing service packages with the opening of current accounts using electronic payment instruments – payment cards, and performing payment transactions with cards to debit or credit funds, commissions may arise both from the card issuing bank and from other banks, taking into account the costs associated with the tariffs of other banking institutions of Ukraine. In case of failure of the client to fulfill his/her obligations under the Agreement on comprehensive banking services for individuals and/or its annexes, suspend payments on the card (block) and/or declare it invalid until the specified violations are eliminated, and also demand early fulfillment of debt obligations in whole or in the share determined by the bank, including by contractually writing off the amounts of debt repayment from funds on the client’s other accounts in the bank, and also transfer information about the debt to the credit bureau/Credit Register of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding negative credit history, which may be taken into account by the bank when making a decision on granting a loan in the future, apply to the judicial authorities in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine. The bank is prohibited from requiring the client to purchase any goods or services from the bank or a person related or associated with it as a mandatory condition for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services).
