Pivdenny Bank updates its mortgage lending programme

From 15 November 2021, Pivdenny Bank JSC has launched an updated consumer lending programme entitled “South Dream”.

Key changes:

  1. The maximum loan amount was increased to 80 % of the market value for real estate located in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odessa and Kharkiv with a total area of up to 90 square meters inclusive, which is purchased and mortgaged as collateral on the loans.
  2. In the first year of lending, interest rates on loans for the purchase of real estate located in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odessa and Kharkiv with a total area of up to 90 square meters inclusive will be fixed at the following level:

Thereafter, the rate will be variable UIRD12M (UAH) + 4 % (see details in the Documents section).

  1. The valuation will be performed by independent appraisers approved by the Bank.
  2. The commission for loan settlement services under the credit agreement can be paid at the expense of the credit funds.
  3. Documents confirming the existence of loans with other banks should be made available at the request of the bank.
  4. The requirement to submit a statement of income and an employment record book for borrowers who receive a salary via accounts with the bank was lifted.
