Pivdenny Bank updates its mortgage lending programme

From 15 November 2021, Pivdenny Bank JSC has launched an updated consumer lending programme entitled “South Dream”.
Key changes:
- The maximum loan amount was increased to 80 % of the market value for real estate located in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odessa and Kharkiv with a total area of up to 90 square meters inclusive, which is purchased and mortgaged as collateral on the loans.
- In the first year of lending, interest rates on loans for the purchase of real estate located in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odessa and Kharkiv with a total area of up to 90 square meters inclusive will be fixed at the following level:

Thereafter, the rate will be variable UIRD12M (UAH) + 4 % (see details in the Documents section).
- The valuation will be performed by independent appraisers approved by the Bank.
- The commission for loan settlement services under the credit agreement can be paid at the expense of the credit funds.
- Documents confirming the existence of loans with other banks should be made available at the request of the bank.
- The requirement to submit a statement of income and an employment record book for borrowers who receive a salary via accounts with the bank was lifted.
