The Bank expands your opportunities: get your plastic card with your virtual card details

Starting from 13 March 2026, Pivdenny Bank offers its client using virtual payment cards to order plastic cards with virtual card details.
Plastic cards will have the same card details (a card number, validity, and СVV/CVC2 code); therefore, any online services and subscriptions will continue to work unchanged.
The service is aimed at expanding the opportunities for using the Bank’s card products and provides greater flexibility in choosing the format of card use, whether digital or physical.
You may order a plastic card with virtual card details as follows:
- by calling Customer Support Centre at 0 800 30 70 30 or by opening a Viber, Telegram Chat Bot and Pivdenny Messenger;
- via Pivdenny Online (Services – Customer Support);
- at any Pivdenny Branch.
