Notification of Termination of Payments to Depositors of JSC “RwS BANK” as from 24.12.2025

In accordance with the agreements concluded between the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) and the Fund’s agent banks on payment of guaranteed compensation amounts through the Automated Payment System of the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund, payments are made to depositors of JSC “RwS BANK” who are entitled to compensation of deposit funds at the expense of the Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Register).

In connection with the decision No. 1189 dated 22.12.2025 adopted by the Executive Directorate of the Fund on the withdrawal of the insolvent bank JSC “RwS BANK” from the market, and in accordance with clause 3.2 of the agreement, please consider 23.12.2025 as the last day of payments and submit reports on payments made to depositors of the said bank to the Fund no later than 12:00 pm on 24.12.2025.

Please note that payments by the Fund will be suspended at 06:00 pm on 23.12.2025.
