Working Hours of Pivdenny Bank for the Period from December 30, 2025 to January 5, 2026

Dear clients!

Please take note of the bank’s working hours during the year-end period and New Year holidays.

December 30, 2025:

• The bank operates according to its standard working hours.

December 31, 2025:

• Working hours: 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (cash services – until 04:30 pm), lunch break – 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm.
• Payment and information messages to and from the State Treasury Service of Ukraine are not accepted via the Electronic Payment System (EPS), in accordance with the regulations approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 146 dated 16.12.2025.
• Social and pension payments, as well as payments under payroll card projects are credited until 06:00 pm, provided that taxes and other charges have been fully paid.

January 1, 2026:

• Only duty branches operate from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (cash services – until 04:30 pm), lunch break – 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm.
• Payment and information messages to and from the State Treasury Service of Ukraine are not accepted via the EPS, in accordance with the regulations approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 146 dated 16.12.2025.
• Social and pension payments, as well as payments under payroll card projects are credited until 06:00 pm, provided that taxes and other charges have been fully paid.

January 2, 2026:

• All branches operate according to standard working hours.
• Branch No. 03-05 of the Regional Department of Joint-Stock Bank “Pivdenny” in the city of Dnipro is closed.
