Completion of cancellation of expired payment cards

30.04.2026

Effective May 1, 2026, Pivdenny Bank is completing the cancellation of cards for individual clients, the validity of which has expired. Following NBU recommendations, further services will be provided without extending the expiration dates of payment cards. The bank provides the option to issue or reissue payment cards that have expired, both at bank branches and through remote communication channels.

You can check the expiration date and status of payment cards in the Pivdenny Online mobile application, the web version of Pivdenny MyBank internet banking, as well as by visiting a bank branch or contacting the Customer Support Center.

Customers who wish to continue using their card need to reissue and activate it. This can be done in the Pivdenny Online mobile application (virtual card only), the web version of Pivdenny MyBank internet banking, as well as by contacting a bank branch or the Customer Support Center.

When ordering a card, you have the option to get it delivered across Ukraine via the Nova Poshta postal operator (for more details, see the link).

For clients who have ordered a physical card and are temporarily unable to receive their reissued card at a bank branch or via Nova Poshta, we recommend activating it remotely through the Customer Support Center and installing the Pivdenny Online mobile application, which, in particular, allows viewing the full card number, its expiration date, CVV (CVV2/CVC2) code, add the card to Apple Pay/Google Pay for cashless payment.

For all questions, you can contact a bank branch or the Customer Support Center:

- in the chat bot;

- by phone 0800-30-70-30 (toll-free within Ukraine), +380 482-30-70-30 (for calls from abroad), via online call (free of charge).
